As the weather may be unpredictable at times, we would like to return the pet in the best clean conditions.
During our morning walks, there is usually morning dew still on the grassy areas on our planned routes. Every now and then we may catch a sprinkle of rain, if not a down pour from time to time.
If at all possible, if the pet owner could leave out a dry pet towel to dry them off with. We wouldn’t like to bring the dirt or wetness to be brought in to your home.
This is total complimentary at no additional charge.
If you’re not available at the point of pick-up that is understandable. The instructor will need access to pickup your four-legged friends. In which ever case is agreed to picking up your furry lovable pup this is our commitment to you.
I agree not to release the key to other persons to use. Further I agree not to duplicate it, or alterit in any manner. I take full responsibility for loss or damage to the keys during the time it is in my possession. I understand that I must return a damage key to the department in order to obtain a replacement.
Consent: I am a responsible key holder. I will not copy the keys. I will not label they keys for where or what they’re for. I will not leave the keys in any other person’s possession. If keys are lost – new replacements will need to be covered by the staff member, myself, in this case.
hereby grant and authorize HE WALKS DOGS, LLC the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken of my pet by HE WALKS DOGS to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including,
but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisement, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submission to journalist, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payments or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media format and markets now known or hereafter advised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.
I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of HE WALKS DOGS and will not be returned.
I hereby hold harmless, and release HE WALKS DOGS from all liability, petitions, and cause of action which I, my heirs, representatives. Executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
I warrant that I am of the age of consent (18 years or older) and that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
In the same manner, if there are video recording devices in my home I will notify HE WALKS DOGS, as these cameras are set forth my security, security of my pets and home.
Our payments are flexible to fit you needs. We are branched out and merchant with Elavon, a third-party merchant of OnPoint Community Credit Union. Payments can easily be made at the time of booking and easily accessible through our website www.hewalksdogs.com, we also do accept Zelle payments and can be made using: hewalksdogs2024@gmail.com. I also do accept but not preferred cash payments at the end of service. All booking and accounting will be held by Elavon, payments through our portal is encouraged. All payment will be held at top privacy and will not be shared with any outside source, therefore for full privacy we encourage using our payment portal at the time of booking.
We accept all major payment in the form of Discover, Diner Club International, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Union Pay and American Express. This will hold top privacy through our third-party merchant Elavon. As a merchant with OnPoint Community Credit Union, your information will not be used for any other purpose.
As an independent company, HE WALKS DOGS, LLC, there are no hidden fees or charges additionally to what is agreed on our service page. The price listed is the price paid to our company for the care and training to your four-legged companion.
Our number one mission is to promote a healthy environment for your furry family member.
But we can never be too careful. During our time of service, your furry companion is our priority. In any case that we come into trouble while in our care, they are our responsibility.
Please do provide any allergens, medication or in the worst of scenarios their prime vets information. We are independently insured. But we can never be too careful around your family furry companion.
Socialization is one of the 8-areas we focus on when walking your dog. As not all dogs are sociable. We approach every scenario with care and respect. Before approaching another dog or people on our walk, we tend to treat everyone with respect and kindly ask if it is ok for the dogs to interact. As well as, we do this with courtesy, when we are approached and asked to pet your dog. This is a big assistance to aid you and your walks with your furry companion. As when you take your dog on your own walks there is nothing better than having a well-behaved pup in your community.
Packing Dog
Absolutely no packing dogs without prior consent from dog owner(s).
Off-Leash Dog Parks
Clark County has 4 off-leash dog parks. This is not a service provided yet but will soon be.
With that in mind your dog will not be walked without a leash as no off-leash training is
available at the moment.
Pet-sitting service is available after a proper greet and meet. Pet sitting is at owner’s home to not disrupt the dog’s living environment. Dog food and treats are to be supplied by dog owner.
Each pet sitting booking includes three daily walks: 30-minute morning walk, 1-hour midday walk, and a 30-minute evening walk. This allows time for pet to fully empty out and maintain a healthy lifestyle in which no accidental pet droppings occur inside the pets and family home.
