We all get wrapped up in our day by day, last minute activities, business trips, or that well planned out vacation. Our walking sessions will meet yours and your pet’s needs that are easy on your time. It’s more than just a quick potty trip, a game of fetch or just once around the park. It’s an opportunity to create a bond between your pet and the instructor. A time to study your four-legged companion’s behaviors. A moment to allow their curiosity to explore and get familiar with the community. They won’t just be out getting fresh air, they will be exercising, working on their social skills and be a well-behaved pup when around other dogs and people. Let’s start adventuring through routes planned here in your area.

Socializing

Regardless of your pet’s age or behavior each of our services can be curated to fit their specific needs – no matter how unique. Need a one-on-one, maybe they need a little privacy with the instructor, let’s get familiarized with your pet’s needs. Your dog is free to sniff and roam through the neighborhood knowing the person at the other end of the leash is in-charge. Their behavior will be poise when around other people, dogs and nature.

Exercise

We plan out routes in advance and tailor them to the needs of your dog, regardless of size and breed. I’ll always inform you of the route we’ll be taking so that you’re fully aware of where your pet will be, granting you peace of mind. Utilizing planned routes that are customized to your pet gives us the ability to include intervals of running and opportunities to learn or strengthen their knowledge on basic commands like “sit”, “stay”, “down”, ‘heel”, “stop”, and “go”.

Weekend Dog Walking

Don’t feel guilty about leaving your dog alone on the weekends. Our weekend dog walking services give your pet maximum care. You might need a break, a time to yourself, run an errand, or those last-minute plans you didn’t consider. Whatever it may be, no worries, your pet is in good hands even when you can’t be there. Caring For Your Dogs

I have been caring for family dogs for over 20 years. Walking family pets around the neighborhoods we grew up in, gave our lovable family members, the exercise they much needed. It was more than just open the back door and let them duty their duty. It was a fun time to check out local parks in our areas, an opportunity to know not just our neighbors but the communities we were part of. Of course, we worked on socializing skills by taking with us a neighbor’s dog or two.

These are the same skills and training we would love to provide for your four-legged friends, here in Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas.

Walking Dogs

Walks that are curated to meet both yours and your pet’s needs. Our walks are programmed from 30-minute walks to a full hour of exercise, as much as needed. Need multiple walks a day, we can deliver.

Maintaining Safety

Your dog can’t be in better hands. From the time of pick up we will inspect all tools in-hand. From leashes, collars, harnesses and following local regulations regarding pets.

Managing Multiple Dogs

Our walks are as personal as you’d like to make them. We encourage neighborhood walks and packing, with one main prerequisite, that you are present when packing dogs. No dogs will be packed without prior approval from owner(s) in mind.

Providing Social Interaction

Respect for others overall. We allow dogs to interact with other dogs and people, if appropriate, to aid their socialization.

Handling Emergencies

We always have to be prepared for any scenario. If your dog is ill, we may not interact them as much as we would like. A solo walk with the instructor is best advice in such scenario. If the dog becomes aggressive, we remain call and redirect the dog’s attention to the instructor. Of course, keeping in mind of our route and surroundings, our pups are curious and may pick up unnecessarily items from the floor, we’ll be ready to intervene.

Feeding and Basic Care

When we are out on our walks, we are equipped with travel bowls for a quick water break and a treat here and there. Need services in home such as cleaning out their food or water bowls. We can make sure it’s taken care off.

Observing and Reporting

When it comes to the health of your pets, we’ll make sure you are informed. From noticing different behavior or maybe their droppings being odd, we’ll make sure to communicate it to you.

Basic Training

It’s more than just a walk. We will make it fun adding and strengthening their knowledge of the basic; “sit”, “stay”, “down”, ‘heel”, “stop”, and “go”.

We moved here from a large acreage and running area in Kentucky for our two 4 year old littermate goldendoodles, and we were hard pressed with our careers to give our pups the exercise they need.Our pups had become sedentary and were gaining a little weight.
