More than that we want to build a relationship based on trust.
Walks that are curated to meet both yours and your pet’s needs. Our walks are programmed from 30-minute walks to a full hour of exercise, as much as needed. Need multiple walks a day, we can deliver.
Your dog can’t be in better hands. From the time of pick up we will inspect all tools in-hand. From leashes, collars, harnesses and following local regulations regarding pets.
Our walks are as personal as you’d like to make them. We encourage neighborhood walks and packing, with one main prerequisite, that you are present when packing dogs. No dogs will be packed without prior approval from owner(s) in mind.
Respect for others overall. We allow dogs to interact with other dogs and people, if appropriate, to aid their socialization.
We always have to be prepared for any scenario. If your dog is ill, we may not interact them as much as we would like. A solo walk with the instructor is best advice in such scenario. If the dog becomes aggressive, we remain call and redirect the dog’s attention to the instructor. Of course, keeping in mind of our route and surroundings, our pups are curious and may pick up unnecessarily items from the floor, we’ll be ready to intervene.
When we are out on our walks, we are equipped with travel bowls for a quick water break and a treat here and there. Need services in home such as cleaning out their food or water bowls. We can make sure it’s taken care off.
When it comes to the health of your pets, we’ll make sure you are informed. From noticing different behavior or maybe their droppings being odd, we’ll make sure to communicate it to you.
It’s more than just a walk. We will make it fun adding and strengthening their knowledge of the basic; “sit”, “stay”, “down”, ‘heel”, “stop”, and “go”.
Jose is AWESOME!! He’s responsible, kind, personable, and a fast walker who tires out my pup every time. He doesn’t just walk dogs — he teaches them good manners, gets them out in nature, and lets them off leash under his careful watch. He’s also taught my pup how to play nicely with other dogs and how to listen to their cues. I definitely trust Jose — and I love how much FUN he has with the dogs and they have with him!

Jose is an incredible petsitter! He’s responsible and professional, and so friendly. He doesn’t just take care of dogs (we don’t have one); he’s great with cats too! Our cat is very skittish around strangers and usually hides from anyone except us. Jose is always careful to find him on each visit and then texts us a photo of him in his hiding place. He cleans the litter box, feeds him, changes his water, and generally makes sure all is well. We are very lucky to have him!

I don’t have a dog, so I use He Walks Dogs for their other services; house sitting and plant watering. Jose is fantastic! Reliable, trustworthy, and communicative (there is always a follow-up text after a visit). I travel a lot for work, and I am so happy that I found someone who can take care of my place while I am gone.
